Serinus Energy is only aware of two shareholders holding more than 5% of the common shares of the company: Kulczyk Investments SA (“KI”) and Pala Assets Holdings Limited (“Pala”)
- KI holds* 39,909,606 of the issued and outstanding shares of Serinus representing 50.77% of the share capital (=39,909,606 of the votes, which constitute 50.77% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly).
Kulczyk Investments is an international investment house (headquartered in Luxembourg). The company’s hosen strategic industries are energy sector and infrastructure. It holds also significant assets in real estates, brewing and automotive industry.
- Pala holds** 5,880,484 common shares of Serinus representing 7.48% of the share capital (=5,880,484 of the votes, which constitute 7.48% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly).
Pala is a multi-strategy investment company focused on mining and natural resource companies in both developed and emerging markets.
Others - individual and institutional investors, including Radwan Investments GmbH (“Radwan”) which holds 0.73% of the share capital. Radwan may be considered to be a joint actor of KI as a result of an agreement in place between Radwan and KI. KI together with Radwan holds 40,503,823 shares of Serinus representing 51.5% of the company’s share capital (= 40,503,823 votes, which constitute 51.5% of the total number of votes at the Annual Shareholders Meeting).
