Serinus Energy is aware* of the following shareholders holding more than 5% of the common shares of the company: Kulczyk Investments SA (“KI”), Pala Assets Holdings Limited (“Pala”) and Quercus Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA („Quercus”):
- KI holds 78,602,655 of the issued and outstanding shares of Serinus representing 52.18% of the share capital (=78,602,655 of the votes, which constitute 52.18% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly). KI is an international investment house (headquartered in Luxembourg). The company’s hosen strategic industries are energy sector and infrastructure. It holds also significant assets in real estates, brewing and automotive industry.
- Pala holds 11,266,084 common shares of Serinus representing 7.48% of the share capital (=11,266,084 of the votes, which constitute 7.48% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly). Pala is a multi-strategy investment company focused on mining and natural resource companies in both developed and emerging markets.
- Quercus (on behalf of investment funds under management: QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO, QUERCUS Absolutnego Zwrotu FIZ, QUERCUS Absolute Return FIZ and QUERCUS Multistrategy FIZ) holds 7,900,329 common shares of Serinus representing 5.24% of the share capital (=7,900,329 of the votes, which constitute 5.24% of the total number of votes at the General Assembly). Quercus is the first investment fund company in Poland whose offer is mainly targeted at high net-worth and ultra high-net worth Investors.
